What you will do

• Oversee and lead the Compliance product team, monitoring performance and managing incidents.
• Design and optimize the user journey from registration to KYC and beyond.
• Develop compliance product solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and lawyers.
• Own and improve operational metrics, specifically KYC pass rates.
• Drive product decision-making through quantitative analysis and qualitative competitor research.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (CS, Operations, Engineering) to scale the business while maintaining a high-quality UX.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a design-related field.
• Experience building and managing fintech compliance/KYC features and flows.
• Familiarity with onboarding and KYC flows specific to crypto exchanges.
• Knowledge of KYC rules in the Philippines and/or across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use hard data to back up assumptions.
• English proficiency is required.
