What you will do

  • Design, implement, and maintain an end-to-end product measurement framework to assess member behavior and feature performance.
  • Partner with product and data leaders to drive the adoption of standard product metrics.
  • Develop product dashboards that serve as the primary source of truth for performance.
  • Influence product strategy and roadmap via high-impact insights regarding engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Improve experimentation quality through sound test design, statistical analysis, and clear interpretation.
  • Identify product risks and opportunities aligned with strategic goals as an analytical counterpart to the product team.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and running experiments in a two-sided marketplace.
  • Ability to build causal inference models and deploy advanced statistical methodologies.
  • Experience implementing efficient tracking and instrumentation for app behavior.
  • Deep understanding of network effects and marketplace theory.
  • Proficiency with Amplitude, Snowflake, DBT, and programming in R or Python.
  • Advanced analytical reasoning skills.
