What you will do
- Administer a portfolio of trusts, estates, and agency accounts in accordance with regulations and company policies.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for clients and beneficiaries, providing guidance on trust terms and distributions.
- Review and interpret trust instruments, wills, and legal documents to determine appropriate administrative actions.
- Coordinate with investment, tax, legal, and compliance partners to ensure cohesive service.
- Monitor account activities, investment performance, and distribution schedules for proactive oversight.
- Identify and mitigate risks or compliance issues to protect client and company interests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in trust administration, estate planning, or fiduciary services.
- Strong understanding of fiduciary law, trust structures, estate settlement processes, and tax considerations.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships with discretion, clarity, and empathy.
- Based in or able to work onsite in Naples or Fort Myers, FL.
Nice to have
- CTFA designation or progress toward certification.
- Experience working with Florida-specific trust laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with trust accounting systems and wealth management software.
