What you will do

• Define avionics system architecture and perform trades across performance, complexity, risk, and effort.
• Lead vehicle-level design, testing, and integration of avionics hardware subsystems (computing, sensing, actuation, communication, power, display).
• Implement electrical system designs that satisfy system-level and certification requirements.
• Own multiple components (IMUs, air data computers, batteries), including aircraft-level installation, verification, and certification.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to incorporate mechanical, electrical, GNC, and safety requirements across the hardware/software stack.

Requirements

• Electrical engineering fundamentals (Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with electrical system-level development, integration, and testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot, identify root cause, and resolve issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
