What you will do

• Repurpose long-form video content into Pinterest pins, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form formats.
• Convert video content or outlines into blog posts and manage formatting and uploads in WordPress.
• Maintain and update affiliate links within the website to ensure proper linking and organization.
• Draft and organize email marketing campaigns by repurposing existing brand content.
• Organize and manage a content library to ensure consistency in branding and tone across all platforms.
• Provide general administrative support to the founder to facilitate business scaling.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines or South Africa.
• Strong written English proficiency.
• Understanding of social media content and comfort working with short-form video.
• Ability to use or learn AI tools for content drafting (e.g., ChatGPT).
• Experience with or willingness to learn WordPress.
• Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working asynchronously.

• Experience in the travel, lifestyle, or blogging industry.
