What you will do

• Process annuity new business and in-force transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Review applications for "In Good Order" status and resolve discrepancies with field sales teams.
• Manage various annuity processes, including ACH transactions, allocation changes, withdrawals, and surrenders.
• Meet and exceed service standards, productivity, and quality goals.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; 1–2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in retirement services operations or the financial services industry.
• FINRA Series 6/63 licenses strongly required.
• Strong understanding of retirement products, IRS tax regulations, and FINRA/SEC requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and above-average math/accounting abilities.
• Must be based in the USA to comply with regulatory and licensing requirements.
