Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland) — Office 3 days a week and remote 2 days

What you will do
- Lead in-depth discovery sessions with GTM teams to identify customer objectives and value creation opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges using data-driven insights to enhance ROI throughout the customer journey.
- Develop quantitative business cases and ROI models demonstrating ’s measurable impact on customer outcomes.
- Translate complex data analysis into compelling narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
- Build and maintain value engineering tools, frameworks, and economic modeling templates.
- Create thought leadership content to communicate the value proposition to customers and the broader market.
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, or business architecture.
- Proven track record of creating data-driven insights within B2B sales environments.
- Expertise in designing financial models, ROI analyses, and value-driven narratives.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and B2B sales processes.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Must be based in Dublin, Ireland for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success roles.
- History of authoring public-facing content such as blogs, whitepapers, or webinars.
