Focus on developing value engineering frameworks, solving complex business challenges for C-level stakeholders, and authoring market-facing thought leadership.

Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland) — Office 3 days a week and remote 2 days

What you will do

  • Lead in-depth discovery sessions with GTM teams to identify customer objectives and value creation opportunities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges using data-driven insights to enhance ROI throughout the customer journey.
  • Develop quantitative business cases and ROI models demonstrating hirify.global’s measurable impact on customer outcomes.
  • Translate complex data analysis into compelling narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Build and maintain value engineering tools, frameworks, and economic modeling templates.
  • Create thought leadership content to communicate the value proposition to customers and the broader market.

Requirements

  • 10-12+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, or business architecture.
  • Proven track record of creating data-driven insights within B2B sales environments.
  • Expertise in designing financial models, ROI analyses, and value-driven narratives.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and B2B sales processes.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Must be based in Dublin, Ireland for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success roles.
  • History of authoring public-facing content such as blogs, whitepapers, or webinars.
