What you will do

• Oversee residential construction projects from the planning phase through to final completion.
• Coordinate and manage various contractors, including roofers, framers, and electricians.
• Manage building permits and ensure strict compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact between contractors, stakeholders, and the internal team.
• Maintain organized project records and track timelines using project management tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential construction project management or home building.
• Strong experience working directly with construction contractors.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, timelines, and sequencing.
• Experience handling building permits and regulatory codes.
• Must be based in South Africa.
• Ability to overlap with EST working hours.
