What you will do
- Integrate and analyze data across NFHS Network, MaxPreps, and GoFan to build a holistic view of marketing performance.
- Conduct deep user-level analysis to identify behavioral trends, retention drivers, and strategies to increase ARPU.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and lead the organization's transition from manual reporting to a modern BI environment.
- Design and execute controlled experiments and incrementality tests to measure the impact of marketing channels.
- Own the Marketing Analytics roadmap, defining the long-term vision and priorities for measurement capabilities.
- Refine attribution models to evaluate the customer journey and optimize high-ROI media allocation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience designing multi-channel attribution models, incrementality tests, and marketing mix analyses.
- Expertise in experiment design, statistical analysis, and data storytelling for executive stakeholders.
- Ability to operate across multiple brands and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Must be based in the US to be eligible for full-time employee benefits.
