What you will do

• Develop and maintain the core product focusing on usability, security, and scalability.
• Design and implement an AI agent platform with LLM integrations and supporting infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Product Management and UX to create thoughtful client-facing experiences.
• Build and iterate on advanced prototypes integrating LLMs, APIs, and retrieval pipelines.
• Implement full-stack features from database schema and backend services to frontend components.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working on fullstack codebases.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in Java and a modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL) and advanced SQL.
• Strong background in Object-Oriented design and service-oriented architectures.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LangChain or other AI Agentic frameworks.
• Comfort working with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Experience with Struts2 MVC and Spring Framework.
• Prior experience as a team lead.
