Salary: $192,000 - $240,000 USD

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and continuously improve secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS.
• Implement security best practices and tooling for CI/CD, monitoring, and developer experience.
• Automate and streamline operations to reduce manual intervention and enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D, Security, and IT teams globally to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices.
• Shape the company's long-term cloud strategy with a focus on innovation and security considerations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Proven experience building and operating scalable cloud environments on AWS.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code and GitOps (Crossplane, Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).
• Extensive experience running Kubernetes and container orchestration in production.
• Deep understanding of AWS security services (IAM, KMS, GuardDuty, CloudTrail) and compliance frameworks like SOC2 or ISO27001.
• Must be based in the New York City area and available for in-person interviews.

Nice to have

• Security-related certifications such as CKA, CISSP, CEH, or Security+.
• Experience working within a Java-based environment.
• Experience collaborating in hybrid or global teams across multiple time zones.
