What you will do

• Develop and execute campaigns and events supporting corporate brand initiatives and culture moments.
• Draft content for internal and external channels, including newsletters, social posts, intranet stories, and executive briefs.
• Manage and optimize corporate communications platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and digital signage.
• Maintain editorial calendars and contact lists to ensure cross-channel coordination.
• Track and report on engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
• Support multimedia content creation, including photos, videos, and event recaps.

Requirements

• Current student in an associate's, bachelor's, or master's program.
• Must be able to work in Needham, MA for at least one 5-hour day per week.
• Coursework in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
