What you will do

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Product Designers, supporting their professional growth and development.
• Drive the design vision and user experience for key product areas in close partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Provide direction, feedback, and design critique to ensure high-quality, user-centered solutions.
• Guide designers through the full cycle of discovery, ideation, and execution, from early concepts to detailed design.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape roadmaps, scope work, and deliver impactful experiences.
• Evolve and uphold UI patterns, design systems, and best practices across the design team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing product designers.
• Strong background in designing flows and UI for complex digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows.
• Experience with user research methodologies and applying insights at a team and product level.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office 3 days per week.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
