What you will do

• Audit and document existing platform architecture and integrations across services and systems.
• Produce clear architecture diagrams and documentation to support day-to-day delivery and long-term strategy.
• Identify integration bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and technical debt to propose concrete improvements.
• Define a target integration model and a pragmatic roadmap with clear priorities and milestones.
• Collaborate with tech leads to establish shared integration principles and guidelines across squads.
• Support delivery through design collaboration, code reviews, and unblocking technical decisions.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience designing and improving integration architecture across multiple services.
• Deep practical experience with Node.js, React, and Nest.js.
• Working knowledge of Azure-based systems.
• Experience setting technical standards and aligning multiple teams without slowing delivery.
• Strong written communication skills for producing engineering-focused documentation.
• Must be based in the London Office.
