What you will do

• Set the high-level vision for hirify.global's "Front Door" (Homepage and Notifications) and drive the product planning process.
• Lead the end-to-end meeting journey strategy, creating unique "mobile-only" value for users.
• Manage and empower a group of senior product managers, guiding their professional growth and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to prioritize complex needs into a cohesive product roadmap.
• Ensure ecosystem cohesion by enabling various business groups to surface insights without overwhelming users.
• Optimize the onboarding journey to ensure users realize value immediately as the product grows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS products.
• 3+ years of experience managing product teams.
• Strong UX skills and the ability to craft seamless user journeys and scalable patterns.
• Proven ability to translate complex B2B workflows into high-frequency mobile experiences.
• High proficiency in English.
• Must be available for a hybrid work model in Tel Aviv.
