AI Solution Manager

TL;DR

AI Solution Manager (AI/Product Management): Building and configuring agentic AI workflows and automated solutions with an accent on low-code/no-code platforms and business process optimization. Location: Hybrid (must be able to work from the Netanya office 3 days per week)

What you will do

• Actively design and configure AI agents and automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Take ownership of AI initiatives by defining scope, timelines, and prioritizing tasks based on ROI.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex needs into technical realities.
• Continuously explore and implement new AI tools and models to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor the performance of deployed AI solutions and iterate for continuous value.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 3 days per week in the Netanya office.
• Proven experience leveraging automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, or Workato to solve real-world problems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to break down complex tasks and drive execution.
• Strong communication skills to guide teams through technology adoption and change.
• Solid understanding of data and software logic, including APIs, JSON, and complex workflow structures.
• Fluency in English is required for collaboration in our international team.

Nice to have

• Ability to read or write Python or JavaScript for custom scripting.
• Experience with enterprise tools such as Airflow, Workato, or Retool.
• Previous experience in Product Management or Technical Project Management.
