Senior AI Product Manager

Senior AI Product Manager (AI/CX): Leading the definition and hands-on creation of AI-native customer experience solutions with an accent on enterprise-scale automation, security, and governance. Focus on building prototypes, de-risking complexity, and delivering AI-first product strategies that translate data insights into tangible product artifacts.

Location: Must be based in Raanana, Israel (Hybrid model: 2 days in office per week)

What you will do

• Identify market and customer problems through research and data analysis to drive product strategy.
• Personally design, prototype, and validate AI-driven product experiences and capabilities.
• Develop clear, actionable product roadmaps grounded in validated concepts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and data science teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Lead data-driven decision-making using model performance insights and experimentation.
• Ensure all AI-powered solutions maintain enterprise standards for security and governance.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of software product management experience in enterprise cloud/on-prem solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience in AI-powered, data-driven, or automation-centric products.
• Strong technical background with ability to personally prototype solutions.
• Ability to translate concepts into concrete artifacts like flows and validation plans.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in the Raanana office 2 days per week.
