What you will do

• Define and execute product goals and initiatives to drive growth, efficiency, and platform stability.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback from internal experts and advisory boards to inform product evolution.
• Drive successful feature rollouts by partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Manage beta programs and establish success metrics to evaluate feature performance.
• Ensure high-quality user experience while translating complex technical concepts into intuitive products.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience including strategy and success metrics definition.
• Proven experience as a Software Developer or Product Manager for developer-facing products is required.
• Strong track record of delivering B2B products from concept to launch.
• Ability to lead products end-to-end in close collaboration with R&D teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and customer empathy.
• Drive for independently learning and mastering new technology fields and emerging domains.
