Procurement Officer

What you will do

• Coordinate the procurement of goods and services ensuring full compliance with IRC and donor policies.
• Manage the RFQ/RFP process, convene tender committees, and prepare detailed bid analyses.
• Draft and execute contracts and purchase orders using standardized templates.
• Perform comprehensive supplier vetting, including sanctions screening and site visits.
• Maintain accurate procurement trackers and ensure data integrity within the Integra/ERP system.
• Collaborate with Programs, Grants, and Finance departments to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Financial Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably within INGO or donor-funded projects in Ukraine.
• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and donor-specific regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and strong working English.
• Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
