What you will do

• Implement logistics and procurement functions within the Southern Ukraine area office.
• Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in a transparent and accountable manner.
• Manage documentation, filing, and prepare status reports for management.
• Advise staff on payment procedures and verify all paperwork before submission to finance.
• Conduct local market assessments and assist in the preparation of tenders and bid committee meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or procurement.
• BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
• Experience working in complex and volatile contexts.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and good knowledge of English.
• Willingness to travel to remote/rural areas and work in basic conditions, including weekends.

Nice to have

• Previous experience within the humanitarian sector.
• Basic experience in asset and fleet management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
