What you will do
- Maintain strong business relationships with IT vendors and act as the primary point of communication.
- Draft, review, and manage IT contracts to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and service levels.
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and track contract renewals and expirations.
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets from deployment to disposal.
- Identify and implement strategic initiatives to reduce procurement costs and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT procurement or vendor management.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and hardware/software asset management (SAM) principles.
- Fluent English proficiency (written and oral).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience providing procurement services within a large Group of Companies.
- Knowledge of specific IT asset management (ITAM) tools or procurement software.
