What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 2–4 Shift Leads.
• Optimize store operations to ensure ultra-fast delivery and high order accuracy.
• Manage stock levels, minimize food waste, and handle incoming goods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product selection.
• Handle shift scheduling and ensure the store is fully equipped for daily operations.
• Participate in internal and external meetings to drive local growth.

Requirements

• Fluent level of Greek required
• Knowledge of English required
• Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Proactive, service-minded, and tech-savvy approach.
