TL;DR

Latin America (LATAM) Marketing Co-op (Marketing): Supporting the Latin America Social Media Team in community engagement and social-first marketing with an accent on brand relationships and market intelligence. Focus on implementing engagement strategies, monitoring community feedback in Spanish/Portuguese, and creating culturally relevant content for LATAM markets.

Location: Minimum 3 days per week onsite in New York City's Flatiron District; remaining days remote.

Salary: $29 - $38 per hour

What you will do

  • Implement community engagement strategies to grow LATAM online communities across social media and forums.
  • Monitor and respond to community feedback in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, representing the brand voice.
  • Create and curate culturally relevant content, including posts, polls, and community activations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to advocate for LATAM audience needs.
  • Track and analyze community sentiment and engagement metrics to inform future regional strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for user-generated content and testimonials within LATAM markets.

Requirements

  • Current student in an associate's, bachelor's, or master's program, or a graduate from the past year.
  • Must be able to work onsite in New York City's Flatiron District at least 3 days per week.
  • Fluent Spanish speaker required.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

  • Conversational+ Portuguese proficiency.
  • Strong connection to Latin American culture (e.g., first/second-generation Latino or majoring in Latin American Studies).
