What you will do

• Manage end-to-end structuring for commodity derivative and financing products, ensuring quantitative rigor.
• Perform risk analysis and derivative pricing, incorporating XVA and regulatory capital impact (RWA).
• Partner with Sales to provide technical expertise and tailored solutions during the client pitching process.
• Collaborate with senior traders and salespeople to originate trade ideas and optimize risk-weighted returns.
• Design and build scalable platforms and tools to enhance the firm's structuring capabilities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in structuring, structured origination, or quantitative research within a leading financial institution.
• BS/MS or higher in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Deep knowledge of derivative pricing theory, market mechanics, and structured finance.
• Strong programming skills in at least one major language.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
