What you will do

• Bring up and validate Ethernet IPs in silicon using both vendor and in-house designs.
• Build robust validation infrastructure to ensure system performance and reliability at scale.
• Design and execute functional, performance, and integration tests to push hardware limits.
• Develop firmware and automation scripts to streamline testing and issue identification.
• Collaborate with silicon and systems teams to shape the networking architecture for next-generation AI platforms.

Requirements

• Strong passion for low-level software and bringing hardware to life.
• Experience with high-speed networking challenges including SerDes tuning, link training, and Ethernet MAC/PHY.
• Hands-on experience in lab work, system bring-up, and working with emulation tools.
• Ability to write firmware and scripts for test automation and debugging.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).
• Must be based in or able to work from Santa Clara, Toronto, Vancouver, or Austin.
