What you will do

• Create and maintain requirement specifications for autonomous systems by analyzing stakeholder and safety requirements.
• Support system design activities and collaborate with test teams to define verification criteria for system requirements.
• Develop and execute methods for identifying and documenting general and location-specific Operational Design Domains (ODD).
• Analyze real-world and simulation results to identify performance trends and uncover potential issues.
• Lead engineering process continuous improvement activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform FMEA analysis and track findings to resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive engineering working on software, hardware, or combined products.
• 2+ years of experience working on autonomous driving systems.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis tools such as Pandas, NumPy, or Spark.
• Detailed knowledge of requirements management and requirement-based design.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
