What you will do

• Manage day-to-day Search & Shopping accounts with multi-million-euro annual budgets.
• Analyze performance data to identify incremental growth opportunities and report against KPIs.
• Optimize bidding strategies, CTR, and cost efficiency using automation and best-in-class campaign setups.
• Collaborate with internal teams including customer insights, merchandising, and commercial finance.
• Develop and refine category strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
• Monitor competitor activity and implement innovative testing to drive long-term growth.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (written and spoken)
• At least 2 years of experience in SEA, specifically with eCommerce brands.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing monthly budgets exceeding €50k.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications.
• Experience with SA360.
• Experience using AI-powered campaign tools and Google Analytics.
• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
