What you will do

• Oversee and support the operational fleet, providing technical support across multiple site locations.
• Debug electrical and mechanical issues, execute on-site sensor calibrations, and test feature improvements.
• Lead the onboarding, training, and mentorship of new Site Autonomy Engineers (SAEs).
• Coordinate vehicle upfits, fleet upgrades, and maintain local mapping assets.
• Manage issue escalation to senior leadership and collaborate with engineering teams to drive resolutions.
• Participate in the recruitment process by conducting technical and behavioral interviews for SAE candidates.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Arlington, TX.
• 3+ years of professional working experience.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across various locations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site operational environment.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for site support.
• Experience conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidates.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience specifically in an SAE role.
• Demonstrated success in training and mentoring technical teams.
• Experience in escalation processes and communicating with senior management.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
