What you will do

• Build and maintain the data infrastructure that turns raw signals from AI tools and GitHub into executive-grade dashboards.
• Develop and own production-grade data pipelines to track engineering productivity and ROI in real time.
• Conduct daily pipeline health checks and provide weekly cohort analysis reports to project leadership.
• Collaborate with DevX analysts to cross-reference quantitative signals against qualitative friction findings.
• Train team members on dashboard interpretation and provide data context during executive readouts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a hybrid data/software role.
• Proven experience building and owning production-grade data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Hands-on experience extracting and processing event streams from the GitHub API and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with developer productivity metrics, DORA metrics, or engineering KPI programs.
• Must be based in LATAM.

Nice to have

• Experience at a SaaS company with a distributed engineering team of 50+ engineers.
• Familiarity with the Workday or Salesforce data ecosystems.
• Prior experience owning measurement infrastructure for AI transformations or developer productivity initiatives.
• Experience with real-time streaming data pipelines such as Kafka or Kinesis.
