What you will do

• Design, implement, and test state-of-the-art robotics software using C/C++.
• Develop software and system requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead code quality initiatives, including design and code reviews.
• Track and trend technical performance of autonomous systems in the field.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and support staff.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience working on real-world robot systems including commercial deployments.
• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related mathematical field.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and software development in Linux environments.
• Expertise in behavior planning, path planning, ML, or localization.
• Experience with standard tools like git, valgrind, and gdb.

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD in Robotics or related engineering fields.
• Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers.
