What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, leading syncs and ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
• Communicate the business impact and tangible value generated by consultants to the client.
• Monitor consultant performance and delivery health to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Support consultant retention through regular check-ins and partnering with People teams.
• Manage outsourcing projects, ensuring strict alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify account expansion opportunities and share insights with Account Managers to support growth.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Experience in Project Management, Client Success, or Account Management, preferably in tech or outsourcing.
• Strong ability to understand and communicate business impact.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with staff augmentation or distributed teams.
