What you will do

• Manage purchase requests and order details using the BackOffice Logistics Board.
• Facilitate timely supplier deliveries for inbound items by monitoring ETAs and tracking shipments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payments with local and international boutiques and brand suppliers.
• Handle item pricing, margins, and VAT recoverability using Microsoft D365.
• Manage supplier payments via virtual cards, credit cards, and bank transfers in multiple currencies.
• Upload partner stock to the platform to maximize sales opportunities and product availability.

Requirements

• Understanding of the luxury and operations industry.
• Experience in purchasing and financial reconciliation processes within Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and discretion.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a solutions-focused mindset.
• This is an interim position with an 8-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
