What you will do

• Select and define PCBA architectures and electronics system requirements during the R&D phase.
• Develop robust software control algorithms and logic.
• Manage PCBA suppliers and coordinate development through NPD and NPI phases.
• Review designs for safety, reliability, and DFM to ensure high design quality.
• Implement systematic problem solving and root cause analysis (RCA) for all technical issues.
• Execute Design Verification Tests (DVT) and approve manufacturing and testing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related major.
• 8+ years of experience in PCBA design and manufacture for home appliances or similar systems.
• 6+ years of experience in both analog and digital circuit design.
• 3+ years of experience in software development using C or assembly language.
• Proficiency in Schematic/PCB layout, circuit simulation, EMC design, and 6 Sigma.
• Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and oral).
