What you will do

• Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical customer support.
• Create, review, and present technical documentation and demonstrations.
• Deliver technical presentations to engineering groups of various sizes.
• Develop and lead training courses for customers.
• Specify, create, debug, and correlate device test programs.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (MS preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience with DRAM or NAND test programs.
• Proficiency in C / C++ programming.
• Strong English and technical communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Located in Hefei or Shanghai.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
