What you will do

• Design and deliver core hardware modules for next-generation chiplet-based SoCs.
• Translate complex system requirements into clean, testable, and modular RTL.
• Collaborate with internal teams and IP vendors to configure and integrate complex subsystems.
• Develop and own RTL for key modules within automotive SoC chiplets.
• Participate in chiplet-level integration, testing, and hardware bring-up.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in RTL development.
• Proficiency in writing microarchitecture specs and translating them into efficient RTL.
• Experience writing and maintaining configurable, modular code.
• Must be based in Munich, Germany.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).

Nice to have

• Experience with high-speed die-to-die interfaces such as UCIe or BoW.
