Salary: $150,000 – 250,000 USD

hirify.global is a financial exchange operator building a high-performance trading platform for US Equities and Options.

What you will do

• Participate in the full SDLC of the hirify.global Trading Platform.
• Develop low-latency, high-throughput applications using event-sourcing.
• Collaborate with Market and Technical Operations to resolve production issues.
• Build and implement new features for the US Equities and Options platform.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science.
• 5+ years of real-time server-side Java development experience.
• Experience with low-latency, high-volume Linux production systems.
• Prior experience in US Equities and/or Options Financial Services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Clearing and Settlement/Back Office processes.
• Experience with Event Sourcing design patterns.
• Proficiency with Time Series Databases (e.g., Deephaven).
• Understanding of TCP/IP, UDP networking, and FIX messaging.
• Experience with Git, Gradle, Junit, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and Wireshark.
