What you will do

• Own multiple soft and hard goods programs end‑to‑end, delivering to scope, schedule, quality, and cost targets.
• Translate product requirements into clear technical specifications while protecting design intent and ensuring manufacturability.
• Drive DFx across plastics, textiles, and mixed‑material assemblies, focusing on part design, tolerances, and assembly.
• Lead the prototyping-to-production pipeline, including lab dips, tooling, sampling, and golden sample approvals.
• Source, evaluate, and manage manufacturing partners, overseeing cosmetic quality, yield, and throughput.
• Coordinate packaging from structural validation and transit tests to retail and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program or product development delivering soft and hard goods at scale.
• Strong expertise in ME, CMF, and DFx manufacturing processes (injection molding, extrusion, sewing, etc.).
• Experience with packaging engineering, transit testing, and factory-level QA/QC.
• Proficiency with project management artifacts, including BOMs, risk registers, and change orders.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Location: Must be based in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• PMP or comparable program management certification.
• Hands-on experience with toy and consumer-goods safety and regulatory labs.
• Fluency in rapid prototyping across soft and hard goods.
• Strong supplier development skills, including vendor scorecards and dual-sourcing strategies.
• Experience with sustainability initiatives and eco-labeling.
