Senior Director, CalAim Programs (Healthcare)

Compensation: $170,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Own day-to-day execution of ECM, Community Supports (CS), and CHW programs across all geographies.
• Monitor and optimize operational KPIs including visit completion, time to first visit, and engagement rates.
• Directly manage CHW Team Managers and the Senior Manager of Community Supports.
• Ensure consistent execution of workflows defined by Payor Operations across all teams.
• Identify and resolve system-level issues impacting care delivery, such as staffing or workflow gaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities and escalate unresolved issues to the COO.

Requirements

• Direct experience operating CalAIM programs (ECM and/or Community Supports) in California.
• 10–12+ years of experience in healthcare operations, specifically care delivery or population health.
• 5+ years of experience managing managers or multi-layered teams in distributed environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end program execution and operational outcomes.
• Experience driving consistent execution across multiple geographies or regions.

• Experience operating within a multi-plan environment with differing requirements.
• Experience in value-based care or risk-bearing models.
