What you will do

• Lead end-to-end office expansion projects, including site selection, lease negotiation, design, and construction management.
• Ensure the workplace is fully operational, safe, and compliant with Hong Kong laws and building regulations.
• Manage the facilities budget (CAPEX/OPEX), oversee the office administration team, and maintain workplace upkeep.
• Coordinate with corporate IT to implement robust networking, A/V systems, and workplace access tools.
• Collaborate with US headquarters to align workspace requirements with headcount growth and strategic priorities.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or corporate real estate.
• Proven track record of managing office expansion projects in fast-paced, high-growth or MNC environments.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong building regulations and tenancy/lease compliance.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
• Expertise in lease negotiation, vendor contracting, and budget management.
• Ability to coordinate across time zones with overseas leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer tech, e-commerce, or early-stage startups.
• Degree or certification in Facilities Management or Project Management (PMP).
• Familiarity with IWMS or professional workplace access control platforms.
