What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Mid Market customers across Australia and New Zealand to ensure ROI and NET MRR growth.
- Build strong customer relationships and serve as a advocate throughout the customer journey.
- Partner with customers to establish clear business goals, timelines, priorities, and success metrics.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to assess progress and the platform's impact on productivity.
- Collaborate with sales partners and deployment consultants to maximize platform value and identify expansion opportunities.
- Act as a coach and mentor within the services organization, providing expert guidance on work management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or customer-facing roles supporting mid-market clients.
- Degree in Business.
- Experience working with Marketing, Professional Services, IT, or PMO teams.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executives.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in project management, business process redesign, and change management.
- Fluent English communication skills.
