What you will do

• Match subject matter experts with clients for interview-based research.
• Manage research projects from goal definition to expert scheduling.
• Source experts via internal networks and external channels like social media.
• Monitor interview feedback to ensure high-quality outcomes and network engagement.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve platform UX based on client insights.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of professional work experience.
• Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong communication skills and an independent problem-solving approach.
• Growth mindset and ability to own projects end-to-end.
