hirify.global is building an AI operating system for consumer lending, partnering with large US mortgage lenders to transform contact centers with AI voice agents.

What you will do

• Annotate and label data from mortgage-related conversations.
• Provide feedback on AI responses to improve accuracy and helpfulness.
• Train the AI system to better handle mortgage servicing phone calls.
• Test the AI for response quality, customer experience, and realism.
• Work approximately 10 hours per week on a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a customer service agent for a mortgage servicing company.
• Deep knowledge of the mortgage industry, including escrow, loss mitigation, and QRPC requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Must be able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience as a Mortgage Customer Service Supervisor.
• Experience providing feedback and coaching to customer service agents.
