What you will do

• Support strategy and delivery for high-impact product initiatives focused on improving care delivery and patient outcomes.
• Translate practitioner needs into scalable product opportunities in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Apply technical fluency in backend systems, ML, and data architecture to inform product decisions and system design.
• Develop and validate AI/ML models, ensuring medical accuracy, safety, and utility.
• Evolve clinical data infrastructure to support research, personalization, and feature development.
• Collaborate with Clinical Research and Marketing to ensure features are credible and clearly communicated.

Requirements

• Clinical background with a graduate degree (MD, ND, NP, DO, PharmD, RD, DC).
• 5+ years of patient care experience.
• 5+ years in a clinical advisory or product management role within software, digital health, or healthtech.
• Strong technical literacy and experience working with data scientists, ML engineers, and backend developers.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments dealing with ambiguity and fast shipping.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and excellent communication skills.
