What you will do

• Own the full marketing site stack, evolving it from frontend and CMS to backend services, analytics, and deployment.
• Lead development on customer-facing products and commerce tools, working closely with Customer Experience and Product Design teams.
• Partner with Design, Marketing, and Publishing to ship content experiences that drive customer acquisition and run experiments that turn data into smarter decisions.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and external services that keep internal teams productive.
• Obsess over performance and user experience, from Core Web Vitals to CMS workflows.
• Develop and maintain the Web Design System and component libraries, keeping the foundation consistent and scalable.

Requirements

• Strong, production-proven experience in TypeScript, React, and hirify.globalt.js.
• Comfortable across the full stack, from CMS platforms like Sanity or Contentful to APIs, backend services, and analytics integrations.
• Care about reliability and observability, writing tests and setting up monitoring.
• Own your work end-to-end, from scoping and building to deployment and smoke testing in production.
• Experience working closely with non-engineering teams, translating between creative vision and technical reality.
• Embrace AI-assisted tools like Claude Code.

Nice to have

• Experience with international localization architecture (e.g. Lokalise or Crowdin).
• Experience implementing privacy compliance (e.g. GDPR) and managing cookie consent flows.
• Experience maintaining software libraries or writing technical documentation.
