What you will do

• Conduct employee interviews to document leadership perspectives and career pathways.
• Develop storytelling packages, including narratives, pitch materials, and talking points.
• Translate core messaging into multiple formats for marketing and external outreach.
• Research relevant podcasts, publications, and speaking opportunities within the GovCon and Veterans' services sectors.
• Draft pitch blurbs and introductory content for external engagement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Lead and Graphic Designer to align written and visual storytelling.

Requirements

• Academic background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, English, or related fields.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative information.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment.
• Must be based in the USA (Remote or Hybrid in Kansas City, MO).
• Experience with content creation or portfolio-based projects.
