TL;DR

Employer Brand Intern (Marketing): Creating digital assets and engaging content to promote hirify.global as an employer of choice with an accent on storytelling and social media strategy. Focus on developing multi-channel content, executing recruitment marketing campaigns, and reporting on brand effectiveness.

Location: Must be based in Needham, MA. No relocation or housing assistance provided.

Salary: $26 - $29 per hour

hirify.global is a global product design and technology company specializing in disruptive lifestyle solutions for homes worldwide.

What you will do

  • Design digital assets for recruitment marketing, including LinkedIn banners, Zoom backgrounds, and social cards.
  • Develop engaging content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and the Careers website to highlight the employer brand.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and brand efforts.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of employee photoshoots.
  • Act as an onsite brand ambassador by attending events and promoting brand initiatives in Needham.

Requirements

  • Current student in an associate's or bachelor's program in Marketing, HR, PR, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to work part-time (10-16 hours/week) in Needham, MA, including at least one 5-hour day per week onsite.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and paid social media platforms.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and verbal communication skills.
