Location: Remote (US), but requires travel one to two weeks per month for onsite activities

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 a year

What you will do

• Review SSVF case files and program documentation to identify financial, compliance, or operational anomalies.
• Conduct investigative analysis of grantee activities beyond standard checklist compliance reviews.
• Perform structured data analysis using large Excel workbooks and pivot tables to identify trends and performance indicators.
• Evaluate if grantees are delivering supportive services in alignment with VA program guidance.
• Document evidence-based findings and develop recommendations for program improvement.
• Communicate complex findings and potential fraud, waste, or abuse to leadership and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, social services, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program oversight, grants management, auditing, or compliance review.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, large workbook management) and Word.
• Ability to travel 1-2 weeks per month for onsite activities.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional reporting and grantee discussions.
