⚙️ Tech Stack: Python (core), FastAPI / Flask, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL / MySQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry
💡 Role:
Hands-on CTO role focused on delivery and execution. The main goal is to increase development speed, remove bottlenecks, and help teams deliver features to production faster.
🎯 What you will be doing:
— Improve release speed across multiple teams
— Identify and resolve bottlenecks in engineering processes
— Work closely with teams on execution and delivery
— Contribute to architecture and technical decisions
— Dive into code when needed
— Balance speed with stability in critical areas (payments, data, security)
— Use AI tools to improve development efficiency
💼 What we are looking for:
— Strong technical background (Python is key)
— Experience managing multiple teams
— Hands-on involvement in architecture
— Experience in high-load or transactional systems
— Strong focus on delivery and business impact
— Experience using AI in real development workflows
— English B2
