What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cross-functional projects from initial scoping and planning through to launch and retrospective.
• Coordinate between Engineering, AI/ML, Design, UX, and business teams to ensure integrated and effective delivery.
• Define clear business outcomes (revenue uplift, conversion improvement) and maintain transparent roadmaps for all stakeholders.
• Implement AI-augmented ways of working to reduce manual overhead and accelerate delivery cycles.
• Adapt Agile, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks to the specific needs of each project and team.
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and risks before they impact delivery timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Delivery, or operations within a tech company or digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, Confluence, or Notion.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
• English: Very good proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Serbia to support hybrid office attendance in Nis.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, online casino, or sports betting affiliate marketing.
• Exposure to CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) and lead generation funnels.
• Understanding of paid media channels including Paid Social (Meta, Snapchat) and Paid Search (Google Ads).
