What you will do

• Manage graphic and animated banner workflows for various marketing teams.
• Prioritize tasks, negotiate with internal clients, and ensure project requirements are met.
• Coordinate team workload and track project deadlines.
• Create and maintain brief templates and asset libraries to streamline production.
• Improve existing workflows to automate routine design tasks.
• Handle quality control and resolve escalations regarding design acceptance or delays.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the office in Belgrade, Serbia.
• At least 2 years of experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house design studio.
• Experience managing design tasks for digital marketing and mediabuying teams.
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams and clients.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Proficiency in Jira, Slack, Google Docs, Figma, and Adobe services.
